In a story Dec. 28 about a detained Tibetan monk, The Associated Press, relying on information from Tibetan writer Tsering Woeser, reported erroneously the date on which the monk's supporters gathered to petition for his release. The correct date was Dec. 10, 2013, not Dec. 18, 2013.
