Few things fascinate and terrify the public like the words "shark attack." But a new study asserts that "not all shark attacks are created equal," and provides new definitions for human–shark encounters.

The taxes Utahns pay for the right to use a cell phone are among the highest in the country, according to a study published by the Tax Foundation, a Washington, D.C.-based think tank.
