We live in a time and place where people are, in my opinion, overly sensitive to us non-mothers. But I'm so grateful my friends aren't — three in particular are great examples of how to approach the subject of motherhood with your non-mother friends.

Leave the cookie jar out? A parable on love vs. trust

As far as placed confidence goes, there are those who still do not trust me. I have to work for that by consistently showing positive behavior and dedication. I had to earn the title "Prodigal Dad," and the "Parable of the Snazzy Cookies" explains how it can be done.
