U. of U. didn't inform premature babies' parents of oxygen level risks

The federal government says University of Utah, along with 22 other medical institutions, did not fully inform parents of risks during a study tracking premature babies and the impact varied of oxygen levels.

Mattel declines mom's petition for party supplies featuring black Barbies

Despite the collection of more than 15,000 signatures of support, a Harlem mother said Mattel has rejected her plea for party supplies featuring Barbies of color. Company reps said it's not about race, it's about the bottom line.
