Authorities say a 17-year-old boy has been charged, along with another teen, for his role in the fatal shooting death of a 13-year-old boy in the backyard of a Philadelphia home.

Philadelphia District Attorney's Office spokesman Cameron Kline said Thursday the 17-year-old was charged with recklessly endangering another person after loading and playing with the gun in the Wednesday night shooting.
