BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Police in Boise say they'll be issuing citations for loud noise violations by drivers in the downtown area.
Police say they'll be listening for loud stereos, modified mufflers and other forms of excessive noise following complaints.
Citations can range from $65 to hundreds of dollars depending on the crime and court fees.
Police say they'll be concentrating on 13th and 14th streets, and Main and Idaho streets.
