ENTERPRISE, Ala. (AP) — Police say a high school teacher in Alabama has been arrested on a sex-related charge involving him and a student.
The Enterprise Police Department told multiple news outlets in an email that 37-year-old Horace Ashley Graham was arrested Friday. The Enterprise High School 12th grade teacher is charged with school employee engaging in a sex act or deviant sexual intercourse with a student.
Police were notified Jan. 21 that a teacher was having a sexual relationship with a student at the high school. Police say authorities obtained evidence that Graham engaged in four separate sexual acts with the same student between November 2015 and January 2016.
Graham is being held at the Coffee County Jail. It's not clear if Graham has an attorney.
Enterprise City Schools said Graham is placed on administrative.
