SHERIDAN, Wyo. (AP) — Pete Simpson will teach a course next year at Sheridan College.
The Sheridan Press reports (http://bit.ly/1LU3WtH ) that Simpson is set to teach a political science class starting in January. The native of Cody was a member of the state House of Representatives from 1981-1984.
In preparation for the spring semester, Simpson has invited several guest-speakers, including former Wyoming Govs. Jim Geringer and Dave Freudenthal as well as Shoshone tribesman and former state legislator, Scotty Ratliff.
Simpson worked as a dean at Sheridan College in the early 1980s and has held several positions at the University of Wyoming.
