TWIN FALLS, Idaho (AP) — A Twin Falls man has been arrested after police say he uploaded child pornography to Twitter.
The Twin Falls Times-News reports (http://bit.ly/1KMKNLx ) that the 31-year-old man was charged with two counts of possessing sexually explicit images of minors.
Police found the man after tracing several pornographic images of children back to his laptop's IP address.
Police say they found about 100 pornographic images stored on the laptop under a user profile called "Andrew." They contained male and female children between the ages of one and 15.
The investigation began when Twitter submitted a report to the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children last February. It was forwarded to Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children in March.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 12 at Twin Falls Magistrate Court.
