ATLANTA (AP) — The Morehouse School of Medicine will receive a $1.2 million grant to improve health in Atlanta's East Point neighborhood.
The program will deliver primary care to participants. Follow-up care and appointments will be carefully tracked.
Morehouse officials said the approach will help improve patients' care.
Clinicians will have access to all patient lab results, medical orders and health data to streamline treatment.
