MOSCOW, Idaho (AP) — Authorities say a man fleeing Moscow police in Idaho after a traffic stop crashed and rolled when he crossed into Washington state.
Washington State Patrol took over the pursuit at about 9 p.m. Thursday and say speeds exceeded 100 mph before the crash. Police initially thought the driver had been ejected when he couldn't be found.
But police say moments later he was spotted running across a field.
