FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) — Kentucky's health benefit exchange, kynect, will have special hours during the holiday weekend.
Open enrollment continues through Feb. 15, but the kynect retail store in Fayette Mall in Lexington was closed Thursday and will be closed Friday, both state holidays. The store will be open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. EST Saturday and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday.
The call center was closed Thursday but open 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. The call center is closed on Sundays. The number for the call center is (855) 4kynect (459-6328).
The exchange's website at https://kynect.ky.gov is open any time to submit an application or shop for coverage. Mobile apps for Apple or Android devices are also available to provide help or show enrollment events.
