BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) — A man who apparently was upset about his neighbor's fire pit has been arrested on suspicion of stabbing the neighbor in the arm with a novelty sword.

Billings Police Sgt. Shane Winden tells The Billings Gazette (http://bit.ly/1ogvY3n ) the 28-year-old victim took himself to the hospital. His wounds were not life-threatening.

Officers arrested 43-year-old Robert Green on suspicion of assault with a weapon, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest just after 1:30 a.m. Friday.

Winden says Green was screaming and yelling at his neighbor about the fire pit. When the neighbor knocked on Green's door to talk to him about it, Green opened the door and lunged at him with a sword that had a pointed tip.

Officers had to use a stun gun on Green when he would not move away from the sword.
