Police say a man driving a Porsche is dead after a rollover crash as he neared the finish line of a high-speed, open-highway race through rural Nevada. Investigators say Philip Bowser's 1997 Porsche rolled off the highway and caught fire Sunday. Passenger Amy Bowser of Reno escaped with minor injuries, but her father was pronounced dead at the scene.
