Three candidates running to be Idaho's governor will face off for the last time before Tuesday's general election. Gov. C.L. "Butch" Otter will debate Democratic candidate A.J. Balukoff and Libertarian candidate John Bujak starting at 7 p.m. Thursday in Boise. The debate will be broadcast on Idaho Public Television. Otter is running for a third term, a rare feat for an Idaho governor. However, Balukoff has remained a competitive candidate by spending millions of dollars on campaign advertisements focusing on what he says is Otter's lack of accomplishments during his eight-year tenure.
