An Idaho man working in the North Dakota oil patch says a trucking company is breaking federal law by failing to pay overtime. Devon Seeling of Coeur d'Alene has filed a civil lawsuit against Minnesota-based AM-PM Trucking. Seeling says he regularly worked more than 60 hours per week. The suit says rather than pay overtime, the company paid Seeling and other drivers a percentage of the revenue generated by each truckload. Officials with the company could not be reached for comment.
