CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were higher Thursday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for December delivery was 3.20 cents higher at $4.1460 a bushel; December corn was 2 cents higher at $3.56 bushel; December oats was 1.60 cents higher at $2.1660 a bushel while November soybeans gained 3.20 cents to $10.1320 a bushel.
Beef higher and pork prices were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
October live cattle was 1.25 cents higher at $1.0430 a pound; October feeder cattle was .13 cent higher at $1.2210 pound; December lean hogs gained 1.75 cents to $.4545 a pound.
