CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were higher Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for July delivery was 3.50 cents a bale higher at $4.5020 a bushel; July corn was 7 cents higher at $3.9220 bushel; July oats was 13 cents higher at $2.17 a bushel; while July soybeans gained 21.50 cents to $11.5460 a bushel.
Beef higher and pork prices were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
June live cattle was .85 cent higher at $1.1678 a pound; August feeder cattle was .58 cent higher at $1.4075 pound; July lean hogs gained .03 cent to $.8318 a pound.
