CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were higher in early trading Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for December delivery was higher 5.25 cents to $5.12 a bushel; December corn was .25 cent higher at $3.81 a bushel; December oats were 1.5 cents higher at 2.3020 a bushel; while November soybeans gained 13.5 cents to 9.01 a bushel.
Beef was lower and pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
December live cattle was .63 cent lower at $1.3695 a pound; November feeder cattle was .38 cent lower at $1.8623 a pound; December lean hogs gained 1.13 cents to $.6763 a pound.
