DOTHAN, Ala. (AP) — A former Dothan school superintendent who was fired over sexual harassment allegations is suing to regain his job.
The Dothan Eagle (http://bit.ly/1ABZ36n ) reports that Tim Wilder filed a breach of contract lawsuit against the city school board on Thursday.
Board members fired Wilder in November after a school system employee claimed he had sexually harassed her.
But an attorney for Wilder says the educator denies any wrongdoing and wants to clear his name. The suit claims the school board violated its own rules in firing Wilder.
The system has 30 days to file a response.
