Grain mostly higher, livestock mixed

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mostly higher Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May delivery rose 16.75 cents to $5.2850 a bushel; May corn gained 5.50 cents to 3.8175 a bushel; May oats were 2.75 cents lower at $2.62 a bushel; while May soybeans advanced 16.5 cents to $9.8975 a bushel.

Beef was mostly lower and pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

June live cattle fell .10 cent to $1.5222 a pound; May feeder cattle lost .25 cent to $2.1665 a pound; while June lean hogs were .45 cent higher to $.7625 a pound.
