CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were lower Friday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Dec delivery was 4.50 cents lower at $4.84 a bushel; Dec corn was 40 cents lower at $3.3425 a bushel; Dec oats were unchanged at $3.4225 a bushel; while Nov soybeans declined 11.25 cents to $9.60 a bushel.
Beef and pork mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Dec live cattle was .47 cent lower at $1.5845 pound; Oct feeder cattle was .75 cent higher at 2.2845 a pound; Dec lean hogs advanced .70 cent to $.9450 a pound.
