VERNAL, Utah (AP) — Uintah County Sheriff's deputies say a 21-year-old man and a 15-year-old boy are dead after a rollover crash in Dry Fork Canyon. The Sheriff's Office says Trevor Cuch of Vernal died after being ejected from the vehicle Saturday night and the teen died later at a hospital. Deputies say the two had borrowed the vehicle from a friend who reported they were overdue in returning it. That report helped identify the victims.

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — A Salt Lake City lawyer's quest to explain his brother's mysterious jail cell death has rekindled long-dormant questions about whether others were involved in the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing. Jesse Trentadue's lawsuit against the federal government goes to trial today in Salt Lake City. Trentadue says the FBI refuses to release security-camera videos that show a second person was with Timothy McVeigh minutes before he parked a truck outside the Oklahoma City federal building and detonated a bomb.

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — A Texas oil company is suing Summit County over its new ordinances imposing restrictions on underground pipelines. Tesoro Corp. wants to build a 135-mile pipeline to carry crude oil from the Uinta Basin to Salt Lake City refineries.

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — Organizers of two of the nation's biggest comic book conventions are clashing. A lawyer for San Diego Comic-Con has issued a cease-and-desist letter to organizers of Utah's Salt Lake Comic Con demanding them to stop using "Comic Con" in the name. Salt Lake Comic Con says the demand is baseless and that it intends to "vigorously defend" itself.
