SALT LAKE CITY -- A Salt Lake man already convicted on several charges of lewdness has been arrested again.

Police say Donald Royce Williard, 29, was riding his bicycle near 1100 South and 900 East in Salt Lake City last Thursday. They say he stopped when he saw children walking home from school and exposed himself. The Deseret News reports he also was spotted naked in front of a church committing lewd acts.

Williard was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail for investigation of seven felony counts of lewdness involving a child and one count of misdemeanor lewdness.

He has been in and out of jail since 2008 with convictions on multiple cases of lewdness. Police tell the Deseret News they hope his latest arrest will result in a lengthy sentence.
