Jazz player surprises Salt Lake kids with coats
November 20th, 2009 @ 10:19pm

SALT LAKE CITY -- Some elementary school students got a big surprise from a local NBA player Friday.

The Utah Jazz's Kyle Korver was happy to visit with the kids at Lincoln Elementary School and answer questions, but he was even more excited to donate 500 coats to children in need.

Korver collected all the coats from Jazz fans, who in turn got to meet Korver and get his autograph.

Korver also donated 150 coats to other children in the Salt Lake City School District.
