CEDAR CITY, Utah (AP) -- A Cedar City man has been arrested in two pipe bombings that caused about eleven thousand dollars damage.
Nineteen-year-old Aaron Benjamin LeBaron was arrested Friday and charged with two counts of detonating a pipe bomb, both first-degree felonies, and two additional felony counts of criminal mischief. Other arrests are possible, police said.
The bombs were detonated March second in a vending machine at a car wash and another in a park restroom.
Police said a search of LeBaron's apartment found materials that could be used to construct a pipe bomb much larger than the two that were detonated.
