(KSL News) Trax in Draper comes down to a City Council vote. Council members will decide Tuesday whether to accept an eight-mile route selected by UTA, that uses an existing rail line.

Opponents say that Draper's light-rail ridership will be low, and that it will lower property values.

But supporter say it will boost values, as it has done in other cities.

A commuter rail stop in Draper is already in the plans, so some wonder if having both commuter rail and a Trax line would be redundant.
