SALT LAKE CITY -- A fugitive wanted in Tooele County has been arrested in Louisiana.
Willie Phillips was arrested Monday night in Shreveport and booked into the Shreveport City jail.
Phillips is accused of severely beating a 12-year-old boy and trying to sexually assault his 11-year-old sister in a trailer park last December.
He is being held for Tooele authorities who'll charge him with aggravated assault, aggravated sex abuse of a child and aggravated sodomy.
