CEDAR CITY, Utah (AP) -- Searchers have found two snowmobilers who had been missing in southern Utah since Sunday.
The Iron County Sheriff's Office says the husband and wife, of Overton, Nev., had been lost for three nights and three days in freezing temperatures before being found safe outside of Cedar City on Wednesday.
The man was released from a Cedar City hospital while the woman was flown to Las Vegas for treatment of severe frostbite.
Iron County Sheriff's Deputy Aaron Palleson says both the man and woman were alert, conscious and mobile when they were found.
The search for the pair started on Tuesday after police got a call about an abandoned truck and trailer in the area. The truck was registered to the couple.
