AUSTIN (AP) -- The Texas Longhorns earned another national title today -- topping a list of the country's best party schools.

The University of Texas at Austin is ranked first in the annual Princeton Review survey. The school beat out Penn state, West Virginia and last year's winner -- the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Meanwhile, Brigham Young University was the most "stone cold sober" school for the ninth straight year.

The Princeton Review's "Best 361 Colleges" guide goes on sale tomorrow.
