SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- A Utah Supreme Court ruling has cleared the way for light-rail trains to run through Draper's east-side neighborhoods.
Opponents of that route sought a referendum on the alignment, but the court ruled the decision was an administrative one and not subject to the ballot box.
Opponents have until July 28 to seek another hearing by the state's top court.
