(KSL News) A man wanted in Utah and Nevada on several different charges has been captured by law enforcement officers.

On Sunday, deputies responded to an apartment complex near 800 West and 3900 South where a woman had called complaining that her ex-boyfriend, Qaiyim Hill, had forced his way into her apartment. When deputies arrived, Hill jumped off of a third-story balcony and ran from them.

Today, Salt Lake County's Joint Criminal Apprehension Team (JCAT) located Hill at The Gateway Mall in Salt Lake City. When confronted by officers, Hill turned to flee, but a deputy from the U.S. Marshal Service successfully deployed his Taser on Hill and safely took him into custody.

In addition to the incident on Sunday, Hill was also wanted in Nevada on several felony charges.
