KEARNS — Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man and woman who robbed a credit union Monday afternoon.

The robbery occurred around 4:15 p.m. at the America First Credit Union at 4874 W. 6200 South, according to Unified police Lt. Justin Hoyal. A man and woman entered the credit union and presented a note to the teller, demanding money, Hoyal said.

The man and woman left the credit union with an undisclosed amount of money and were last seen fleeing on foot. No vehicle was seen in the area, Hoyal said.

Police described the first robber as a white female in her early 20s, around 5 feet 4 inches and 200 pounds. She was wearing a black wig, dark-colored hoodie sweatshirt, black rimmed glasses, black pants and black-and-white shoes at the time of the robbery.

The man was described as being in his late 20s or early 30s with a dark complexion and thin build. He was wearing a dark-colored hoodie sweatshirt and baseball hat at the time of the robbery. The individuals should be considered dangerous, Hoyal said.

Anyone who recognizes the individuals in the surveillance photos or has information about the robbery can contact the Unified Police Department at 385-468-9814.
