SOUTH OGDEN — Police are investigating the suspicious death of a 52-year-old man in South Ogden.

Donald Donkin was found dead at 666 E. 4500 South at 10:37 a.m. Sunday. South Ogden Police Sgt. David Labbe said Monday he could not yet reveal why the death was considered suspicious or say whether there were any obvious signs of trauma. He said investigators were still waiting for autopsy results.

Police said Donkin is a transient and was not a resident at the home. The homeowner was the person who called police.

The man's body was taken to the medical examiner's office to determine the cause of death.
