PROVO, Utah — Summer isn't over yet. BYU Dining Services is inviting the public to the stadium for its annual LaVell Edwards Stadium Farmers Market.
The farmers market will begin Thursday at 3 p.m. and wrap up at 7 p.m. or dusk, depending on which comes sooner. Vendors will be in the south stadium parking lot every Thursday until October 30, according to BYU's news release.
The market typically hosts 25 vendors weekly. Vendors offer fresh produce, baked goods and arts and crafts.
The market will also feature BYU executive chef John McDonald demonstrating food creations from the offerings at the market.
Those interested in participating as vendors can download the application and contract from BYU Dining Services. This link also includes information on the parking lot layout and additional vendor information.
