SALT LAKE CITY — Former Attorneys General John Swallow and Mark Shurtleff will now make their first court appearances on the same day.
Swallow's 3rd District Court date was moved Friday from July 22 to July 30. Shurtleff was already scheduled for July 30.
The two Republicans were charged with a total of 21 second- and third-degree felonies this week after nearly two-year public corruption investigation.
Swallow faces 11 felonies and two misdemeanors, including pattern of unlawful activity, receiving or soliciting a bribe, evidence tampering and making false statements.
Shurtleff is charged with 10 felonies, including pattern of unlawful activity, receiving or soliciting a bribe and accepting employment that would impair judgment.
