LOGAN — A suspected voyeur was arrested Saturday at Logan's Summerfest Arts Faire.

Now, police are asking for the public's help in identifying potential victims.

Michael Peter Lawler, 38, was booked into the Cache County Jail for investigation of nine counts of voyeurism.

Investigators say Lawler attached a cellphone to a piece of cardboard, approached teen girls and adult women between the ages of 16 and 30 wearing skirts and attempted to record video looking up their clothing.

Witnesses saw what Lawler was allegedly doing and called police.

Police now are asking for any woman who was at Summerfest between 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Saturday, wearing a skirt and believes they may have been photographed to contact detectives at 435-716-9465.
