CEDAR CITY — Iron County sheriff's investigators said Thursday that the death of a woman whose body was found last week on the side of a dirt road south of Cedar City will be classified as a homicide.

The body of Cammi Denee Miller, 33, was found May 9 on Tipple Road. The sheriff's office said Miller was a longtime resident of Iron County.

Sheriff's Sgt. Del Schlosser said an autopsy had been completed but declined to release any details Thursday or Miller's possible cause of death. He said investigators had some people of interest in the case but again declined to release further details.

Anyone with information on the case is asked to call 435-867-7500 or the sheriff's office tip line at 435-867-5878.
