SALT LAKE CITY — Utah is known for its summer and winter activities, but there are also plenty of activities to help keep families healthy and active during the fall months.
Corn Mazes
The maze at Corbelly's in Lehi is just one of 42 attractions that will have families running, hiding skipping and jumping.
"Families can go in the maze, and they can compete with each other," said Logan Bench. "To be honest with you, the kids usually win. We have jumbo jumpers, they're like the size of a house. And you just jump on them, and before you know it, you've spent 20 minutes and your heart rate's going, you're sweating, and it's just really fun."
Working in a Community Garden
Another popular fall outing that keeps families active is visiting local community gardens and working in them.
"Whoever, ever ever comes and works in our gardens, they always go home with food," said community garden organizer, Sheryl McGlochlin. "They always go home with produce."
Halloween 5K Races
Families can also show off their Halloween costumes by running in several different Holiday-themed 5K races in Provo Canyon,St. George,Sandy and Moab.

This trail is very unique in the fall due to all the scarecrows that line the trail! It is free and something you don't see very often. For an extra great memory, stop and take photos of family members standing next to their favorite scarecrows!
Stairs Gulch - Big Cottonwood Canyon(Approx. 1Ž2 mile roundtrip)
