CEDAR CITY — Two people were transported to the hospital in serious condition after a rollover Saturday afternoon.
Around 2:15 p.m., a driver on Highway 56 rolled his vehicle off the road. According to Utah Highway Patrol, the driver became distracted, veering off the road to the left side, then veering to the right side, overcorrected to the left side of the road and back to the right, finally rolling the vehicle off the road.
Eight people were involved in the rollover. Two were transported to the hospital via medical helicopter in serious condition, three were treated for minor injuries, and three were uninjured.
