SANDY — A UDOT snow plow hit a car that was attempting to pass it early Sunday morning.
The car was following the snow plow on southbound I-15 and passed the snow plow in the left lane just before the 10600 south exit. When the car pulled in front of the snow plow, it spun out on the snowy road and the snow plow crashed into it.
Utah Highway Patrol officers responded to the accident just before 1:00 a.m. The female driver of the car received no injuries from the accident and was transported to her destination by the UHP.
