LOGAN, Utah (AP) - The Cache Rich Drug Task Force has made 14 arrests in four separate drug busts over the past two weeks in and around Logan.
In addition to weapons and several pounds of marijuana, Logan police and Cache County sheriff's deputies say they have seized a sizeable collection of cookies, brownies, caramels, suckers and other treats all laced with hash oil.
Logan Assistant Police Chief Jeff Curtis told The Herald Journal many of the items were brought to Utah from California, where marijuana can be purchased legally for medical purposes.
The agents also recovered a significant amount of methamphetamine at one residence.
One of the suspects is a teenager and the rest adults. One child also was taken into protective custody.
