Randall Jeppesen reportingA Utah filmmaker who became known for making a documentary about the controversial Michael Moore speech at UVSC is now taking on the problem of obesity.

The film is called "Killer at Large," and director Steven Greenstreet says obesity is becoming a crisis situation, even a national security issue.

"Ten, 20 years down the line, it's going to be a big deal," he said.

One portion of the film points a finger at No Child Left Behind as one more reason children aren't getting the exercise they need.

"Kids just don't run around anymore. And one place they can, or could, is school, and that's being taken out," Greenstreet said.

Greenstreet expects his film will start hitting local theaters in two or three months.
