Andrew Adams, KSL Newsradio Utah Highway Patrol is trying to expedite its look into wrongdoing in the tasing of a man who refused to sign a traffic ticket.

There's a nine-page Taser policy troopers are expected to know by heart. So, there are a lot of things for investigators to consider in a case caught on video tape near Vernal.

"There are some things on the video tape that concern us. We do have an internal review process, and that's why we are reviewing it," explained Sgt. Jeff Nigbur with the Utah Department of Public Safety.

Nigbur won't say specifically what those concerns are.

If the trooper flubbed, he could face anything from a nasty letter to getting fired.
