Paul Ray Gallegos, 44, was traveling south on state Road 191 about 10:50 a.m. when his truck crossed the center line, according to the Utah Highway Patrol.

The 1998 Freightliner left the road and partially rolled, coming to rest about 80 feet down an embankment, troopers said.

Gallegos died as a result of injuries suffered in the crash.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
