(KSL News) A man who killed a co-worker over an unpaid debt will serve one year in jail.
Yesterday 19-year-old Michael Moll pleaded guilty to third-degree manslaughter in the death of Karl Kuhn.
During the hearing, Moll, who has bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, admitted he was off his anti-psychotic medication when he stabbed Kuhn in September. He also admitted he was using illegal drugs.
Moll was sentenced to one year in jail followed by an intensive mental health in-patient program.
