OGDEN -- The winner of this week's High 5 is grocer Dave Nyberg, who goes out of his way to serve his customers. He owns and manages Family Fresh Foods in Washington Terrace.

Alyssa Dean nominated Dave for the honor. She says every Wednesday Dave offers free grocery delivery to those customers who are not able to leave their homes.

"He's an extraordinary man and deserves the High 5 nomination," she says. She pointed out he also cares for the community and is willing to go the extra mile for anyone who comes into the store.

Dave says he loves his job.

"Some of the people we deliver to are phenomenal. They can't get out, can't get their groceries and (delivering groceries to them) makes my day," he says. "Hopefully it makes their day a little better. I know some of the (people) look forward to it and just talk the whole time. They don't want you to go. It's fun."

As part of the High 5, Dave received a gift basket that includes a $100 gift card for Les Schwab services.
