(KSL News) A case of "cat scratch fever" caused a small panic at Salt Lake International Airport.
It happened this morning when a man attempted to take his kitty through security. Security officials asked him to take the animal out of its carrying case. When he did, the cat took off.
The cat scratched several people who attempted to catch him. Paramedics were called to the scene to provide antiseptic and band-aids.
The cat was eventually caught. It's shaken up but safe.
