SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- The Emery County Sheriff's Office says an 11-year-old Price boy has died in an all-terrain vehicle accident.
Sheriff Lamar Guymon says Zachary Westbrook was on a camping trip in the Mounds area of Emery County with his family on Monday when the ATV the boy and his cousin were on overturned. His cousin ran back to get help and pull the ATV off of Zachary.
Relatives performed CPR as they drove to the main road to a Carbon County ambulance that escorted them to Castleview Hospital.
Doctors unsuccessfully tried to revive the boy. He was pronounced dead at 2 p.m.
Both boys were wearing helmets. The cousin was not injured.
