Police Ask for Public's Help in Underage Sex Case
March 18th, 2007 @ 6:36pm

(KSL News) -- Police in Roy have arrested a 50-year-old man accused of arranging a meeting online to have sex with 14-year-old girl.

But, detectives still need the public's help.

Police have not released the man's name; only that he lived in North Logan. Police want anyone who may have chatted with the man on the Internet to give them a call. Investigators say he used the screen name of "lucky Sharma" and "funny02".

Law enforcement busted the man on Thursday. He had actually set up the meeting with an undercover officer.

The man is set to appear in court tomorrow, and could face up to 30 years in prison if convicted.
